How to Make Lupis'

Lupis is one of traditional foods from Pekalongan city,
Indonesia. Pekalongan city usually make the biggest lupis every a week after Idul Fitri. It taste savory make you won’t stop to eat.
Let see to make it.
√ Materials :
1. stove
2.pan
√ Ingredients :
1.
1 kg of Glutinous rice
2.
Some banana leaf
3.
String

Water
5.
Grated coconut
6.
Melted palm sugar
√ Steps :
1.
Wash the glutinous rice
3.
Put in the glutious rice that have washed
4.
Bundle the banana leaf with string
5.
Heat the water into a pan
6. put in the Lupis into a pan and than wait
for a day night. Make sure the water in pan is still. If the water go down make sure you always add the water.
7. your lupis is ready to serve. you may put grated coconut and melted palm sugar as a toping.
